Problem

Swiss print shops and copy shops mostly take orders by phone or endless email chains — only during business hours. Files get buried in inboxes, nobody knows an order's status, and marketplaces charge 15–30% commission on every order.

Solution

VPrint gives every print shop its own online store: products, quantities and prices are set independently, customers upload their print file directly when ordering, and the order appears instantly in the dashboard. QR-code ordering at the counter, automatic status emails, and optionally a custom domain — with no VPrint branding.

Result

Orders come in 24/7, even outside business hours. 0% commission instead of a marketplace cut, a fixed monthly price. Fewer "where's my order?" calls, since customers can see the status live themselves.

A product, not a one-off project

Unlike the other references, VPrint isn't a client commission — it's its own SaaS product: a platform serving multiple print shops at once, each with its own branding, prices and products, but on shared infrastructure. That calls for a different architecture than a single website: tenant isolation, roles for owners and staff, and a pricing model that works just as well at six-figure order volumes as it does for the first customer.

Feature set

Product catalog with quantity tiers, file upload built into the ordering flow, coupon and discount codes, a separate worker login for staff with no access to prices or settings, and shop analytics with revenue, order counts and top products — all included in the price across the Starter, Business and Pro White Label plans.

Got a SaaS or ordering system in mind?

From the first product idea to a multi-tenant platform — I build the complete system, not just the interface.
